When quality counts

Dalton Hospitality Catering Company began in 2003 when Jerome Dalton combined his skills with food and his knowledge of the modern day Hospitality industry.

Working from his home during the early years, Jerome fast began to establish a reputation throughout Brisbane for quality food and service.  Catering for everything from Wedding receptions, Government event to product launches and board room meetings, to family dinners.  Dalton Hospitality has grown from a small one-man operation into one of Brisbane Premier catering companies through maintaining and never accepting anything but absolute quality.  We look forward to expanding into what will be our new home in Fortitude Valley where a much more personal level of service will be offered, including wine and ingredient appreciation courses as well as personal cooking classes.

We would not be able to operate without the constant support of our young apprentice chefs, devoted front of house staff, kitchen hands and support team.
