Dry grown and hand picked located in the Barossa. Small quantity, cool climate driven dry Riesling, as good as any other Australian Riesling you may try, lengthy acid with delicate apple blossom.

Perfectly matched with our King Fish Ceviche with grape fruit segments, white pepper dressing and baby mizuna.
