DALTON HOSPITALITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirming guest Numbers and Changes:
Confirmation on final guest numbers, dietary requirements, special requests and timings are required seven- 7 business days (prior to the event date). This will be the minimum numbers on which charges are calculated. We will always do our best to accommodate increases in guest numbers however we cannot guarantee this due to the limited availability of some “quality” product.
Deposits:
A 20% of total event cost non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. No event is considered confirmed until deposit has been received.
Location/Weather:
Dalton Hospitality is not subject to weather and can cater for any event in any weather conditions at any time.
Final Payment:
Full Payment of the function is required 7 days prior to the event date, unless other arrangements have been made previously.
Cancellations:
Any Events that are cancelled or reduced in number less than 7 days prior to the event for any reason whatsoever including weather will be charged at full price based on initial quote.
Any Event that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event or any reason whatsoever including weather will be charged at 50% of total invoice based on initial quote.
Any Event that is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event will incur a loss of deposit or 20 of total invoice cost, whichever is greater.
OSWS/Dalton Wedding Promotion:
Maximum of 20km return trip
Wedding must exceed 90 guests
