Our Story

Dalton Hospitality Catering Company began in 2003 when Jerome Dalton combined his skills with food and his knowledge of the modern day hospitality industry. Working from his home during the early years, Jerome fast began to establish a reputation throughout Brisbane for quality food and service. Jerome catered everything from wedding receptions, Government events to product launches and corporate catering.

Over the past 10 years, Dalton Hospitality has grown from a small one-man operation into one of Brisbane’s premier catering companies by maintaining and never accepting anything but absolute quality.

We are settled into our home in Fortitude Valley where we can offer you a personal level of service. We would not be able to operate without the constant support of our young apprentice chefs, devoted front of house staff, kitchen hands, management and support team.

Jerome has always had a strong passion for food. Having commenced his apprenticeship as a chef at 15, working for the Drysdale House Restaurant and Dirty Dick’s Steakhouse in Hobart, Jerome then refined his passion whilst living at Margaret River, working his way through the ranks to head chef at numerous high end establishments including the Blue wren, Geographic Baby resort and Equinox.
