September bloomed with weddings, festivals and cruises and then went out with a bang with the annual Riverfire extravaganza.
Dalton Hospitality Catering and Events were very happy to support the Samford Arts Festival on the 13
th September by catering to their VIP guests with a mixture of our popular Waygu beef pies, buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce and platters of oysters then finishing off with macaroons and chocolate truffles.
We were also one of the selected caterers for the inaugural Beer In Cider Festival held at Albion Park Raceway. The weather was glorious, the craft beers and ciders were flowing and were a perfect accompaniment to our slider bar menu of the Waygu burger, pork belly and kimchi burger, and the grilled haloumi burger. Keeping in the theme, our friends at Lick Icecream! made a chocolate porter ice cream and apple cider sorbet.
