At Dalton Hospitality, we are firmly committed to helping the environment and allowing fresh food to remain as natural as possible. We use free-range, cruelty-free and organic products that have not been genetically modified, and we have experience in devising delicious vegetarian and vegan menus.
Dalton Hospitality also uses recyclable packaging, and we encourage our suppliers to reduce the amount of packaging for our goods. We can also carbon offset your next event upon request.
Stand-up dining or cocktail events should never be less of an experience, in fact we believe they should be more. All of our canapés are enhanced with not only the freshest possible ingredients but some form of theatrical flare in order to take your next event to another level. We believe that generosity and conviviality are paramount to a successful event, thus we avoid set quantity menus and choose to nourish guests instead for a duration of time with continuous service.
Food station options are endless; if you can eat it standing up then we can do it. We will help you to design your own experience whether it be live oyster shucking, antipasti & cheese grazing or a paella stall, we will ensure not only great food but an experience that your guests will never forget.
